Gustavo brings more than two decades of Senior
Financial and business experience to Ray &
Berndtson .
Recently he has held a Senior VP and CFO position
in Directv Latin America for more than 10 years.
He has successfully contributed to the creation and
development of business in Argentina, Chile, Peru,
Uruguay and Brazil.

Prior to Directv, he worked in several industries as
Consumer Goods, Banking, Financial Services and
Pension Plan Companies, holding CFO, COO and
CEO positions in the region. He started his career in
Coopers & Lybrand ( today PWC) , where he worked for
10 years.
He has developed a significant experience in M&A,
Business restructuring and Consultancy, and is very
well connected to the Business Community.

Gustavo is a CPA and has completed the Senior
Management Program PAD in the Austral University -
IAE Business School.
His contribution to Ray & Berndtson is very valuable to
focus in organizational needs and executive search in
the region.
