The growing shortage of Talent - Managerial, operational and technical - talent in various areas, coupled with major multi-country development of the sector (led by Brazil and sharply accompanied by the Andean countries), encourages us to take today a coordinated regional approach.
For strategic support, we rely on the contribution as "Special Advisor" of Agustín Castaño – former Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton / Energy Sector and now GAS ENERGY Southern Regional Director - who shares his base between Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires.
Our initial goal was to update and strengthen our database of senior executives and professionals in the sector, to build a broad ENERGY TALENT POOL, first covering the Southern Cone, followed by the Andean countries: Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and finally, Brazil and Venezuela.
Along with Upstream and Downstream, we include both advances in renewable energy and those specializing in Environmental Protection and Community.
This will allow us to support companies and institutions with activities in South America with direct and confidential knowledge of the best talent in the ENERGY Sector - while contributing to the industry professional’s with effective access to growth opportunities, information and useful tools for their career development.
