Most of our projects  are started by evaluating the executives   in a SIMULATED BUSINESS situation (a unique tool  that no  one else in the market uses).
The subsequent  IN DEPTH  INTERVIEWS  are conducted by our experts in HAR, and also experts  in each specific business industry.
We consider that it is of utmost importance   to designate  evaluators that as a result  of their experience , “know how” and seniority  have  the equivalent wave length than   the candidates being interviewed.

The evaluation of the results in the context of an EXECUTIVE MEETING as well as the ”feedback” discussions  are conducted by the  Senior Management thus closing the operational  part of our HAR.

The development requires honest and unequivocal documentation that describes the situation as it is.

How do we describe the profile of the High Potentials ?

The documentation  of an HAR  project  points out in clear and precise terms the strengths and weaknesses of the Executives of the analyzed Company a Profile  of Competences used  to define   the   profile chosen by the Company to be compared with the ideal profile  of   the Candidate Executive.

This evaluation of management efficiency is than presented to the Board in detail, eventually new areas of investigation may require additional development.
