Alberto Armoni is Managing Partner of Ray & Berndtson's South Cone that involves Buenos Aires and Santiago’s offices. Formerly a physician specialized in applied psychology, Mr. Armoni brings a unique perspective to the recruitment of top executives. He contributed to establish the first executive selection and search firm in South America in 1962. In 1971, he founded Armoni Consultores, being affiliates to a leading international search Group for almost 24 years He and his firm joined the Ray & Berndtson partnership in 1996.

With more than 40 years of executive search experience in Latin America, Alberto has conducted senior assignments for a wide variety of global organizations in most of the industries established in Latin America. Regional VP’s,. CEO’s, Business Unit Managers and Senior specialists positions for consumer products, financial institutions, business and professional services, new technology ventures and health care industries have been the most frequent assignments completed by Alberto and his team.

A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, Mr. Armoni received an M.D. from the School of Medicine and completed post-graduate studies at the International Psychoanalytic Association - Argentine Chapter.
