What is Interim Management?

  • Using them allows the companies to promptly obtain  the benefits   of the skills of these proven and highly experienced  professionals, in order to solve specific issues, taking  care of an operational emergency, implement particular projects, or to evaluate a newbusiness- without  converting  the short term solution, into a long time obligation.
  • Once an IM has been engaged to execute a givenv  project-where  a  precise level  of results are required   - his function and permanence are rear after the transition process
